At Theaa, we take pride in providing high-quality and unique jewelry. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, we will offer a hassle-free return or replacement policy. However, we do not offer returns or replacements for items that are not defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service team at info@theaa.co.in within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and provide a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item.
We do not offer returns or replacements for items that are not defective. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the product description and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer service team at info@theaa.co.in and we will be happy to assist you.
Refund Processing: Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Heritage Haat account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. Once refund is processed it will be back to source within 5-12 working days
